How do I request a house helper?
Choose a service, sign in, enter your address and select a future time. Your request will be saved as pending until it is reviewed.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
No. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. Wait for helper assignment and confirmation before making plans.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No online payments are enabled in this version. Please do not send advance money based on a booking request.
Which areas do you serve?
AdNir is starting in Lucknow. Availability in any particular locality depends on whether a suitable helper can be assigned.
Can I request more than one service?
At present, each booking request covers one service. A multi-service cart is planned for a future version.
Where can I see my requests?
After signing in, open My Bookings to view your saved requests and their status.
